Job summary

Soliant Health in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an Order Entry Pharmacy Technician for a direct-hire role. The position runs Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM after training, with weekend rotation.

You will enter orders, monitor delivery, and support patient and provider communication in a dynamic healthcare environment. The ideal candidate holds an AZ Pharmacy Technician license and PTCB, with LTC experience preferred and strong data-entry skills.

Qualifications

Must hold a valid AZ Pharmacy Technician license and PTCB certification.
Long-Term Care pharmacy experience strongly preferred.
Excellent data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong verbal, written, and phone communication skills.
Dependable, trustworthy and customer-focused.
Self-starter with problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Accurately enter new and refill medication orders into the pharmacy software system.
Monitor and track medication delivery status.
Provide exceptional telephonic customer service, consulting with patients, providers, and pharmacies.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate medication fulfillment.
Review reports to identify and resolve medication order concerns promptly.
Support pharmacy run times and exceed customer and colleague expectations.
