Job summary

SpecialtyRx, Inc. is hiring a dedicated pharmacy technician to support data entry and order processing in our long-term care pharmacy. You will handle phone inquiries, clarify orders, and triage faxes while maintaining accuracy and timely communication with facilities.

Onsite 2:30pm-11:00pm shift with rotating weekends; Florida license required; strong computer skills and customer service are essential; LTC experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Pharmacy Technician license required.
• Previous experience in pharmacy.
• LTC pharmacy experience preferred.
• Knowledge of brand name and generic medications.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Moderate to advanced computer skills.
• Great telephone etiquette a must.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager.
• Answer phones and respond to orders, re-orders and general customer inquiries.
• Handle and resolve client complaints and inquiries in a timely manner
• Triage incoming faxes by facility/department and in accordance with cutoff times.
• Clarify orders as needed.
