Job summary

Soliant is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Technician for a South Phoenix on-site role. The position is direct hire with an ASAP start and a 2:00 PM–10:30 PM schedule, Monday–Friday after training, with rotating weekends.

The ideal candidate has a CPhT credential, active AZ license, and strong data entry and communication skills to support data/order entry and patient/provider interactions. No dispensing at this site.

Qualifications

• Active Arizona Pharmacy Technician License required.
• PTCB certification required.
• LTC pharmacy experience preferred.
• Retail pharmacy data entry experience encouraged.
• Call center pharmacy experience is a plus.
• Strong computer and data entry skills, excellent phone presence.

Responsibilities

• Enter new and refill medication orders accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate with patients, providers, pharmacies, and other healthcare professionals by phone.
• Track medication delivery status.
• Monitor reports and resolve orders requiring attention.
• Help ensure pharmacy orders are processed within required timelines.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure timely medication delivery.
