Job summary

SpecialtyRx, Inc. seeks a licensed Texas Pharmacy Technician to enter orders for staff pharmacist review and maintain accurate customer information. The role requires attention to detail and strong computer skills, with LTC experience preferred.

Responsibilities include clarifying orders, triaging faxes by facility and respecting cutoff times, and supporting pharmacists in a fast-paced LTC pharmacy environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed Texas Pharmacy Technician
• Previous experience in pharmacy
• LTC pharmacy experience preferred
• Knowledge of brand name and generic medications
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Moderate to advanced computer skills required
• Frameworks / ECM knowledge a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Enter new orders for staff pharmacist review
• Maintain up-to-date, accurate customer information
• Clarify orders as needed
• Triage incoming faxes by facility/department and in accordance with cutoff times
