Compass Healthcare Consulting and Placement is seeking a dynamic Pharmacy Marketer / Healthcare Account Executive to drive growth and manage relationships for our pharmacy in New York City. You will establish strategic partnerships with ALFs, SLFs, MLTCs, and Adult Day Programs, and promote our solutions to improve resident care and facility operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• 2–5 years in healthcare marketing, pharmaceutical sales, or business development.
• Direct experience with long-term care facilities, assisted living facilities, senior housing, MLTCs, or adult day care networks is highly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within ALFs, SLFs, MLTCs, and Adult Day Programs.
• Pitch the pharmacy’s specialized services including packaging, delivery, eMAR integration, and clinical support.
• Negotiate and close service agreements with facility administrators, executives, and coordinators.
• Serve as primary liaison to ensure satisfaction and retention; conduct site visits and gather feedback.
