Job summary

Qualifications

• PharmD or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy required.
• Active Texas Pharmacist License (TSBP) required.
• Strong clinical judgment, organizational and communication skills.
• Weekend track requires valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate prescriptions for dosage accuracy, drug interactions and therapeutic appropriateness.
• Verify medication dispensing and maintain accurate pharmacy records.
• Provide clinical guidance to healthcare staff and respond to urgent medication requests.
• Ensure strict compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations.
• Participate in quality assurance initiatives and audits (Leadership track).
