Qualifications

• State license to practice as a Pharmacist and maintain current licensure.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities to manage technicians and workflows.
• Experience with IV compounding and ensuring medication accuracy and safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist and supervise pharmacy technicians as needed.
• Assist with phone communications and staffing coordination.
• Oversee medication dispensing and ensure adherence to prescriber orders.
• Ensure compliance with State Board of Pharmacy rules and continuing education requirements.
• Maintain licensure and participate in ongoing professional development.
