Job summary

Soliant is seeking a per diem pharmacist in Mansfield, Texas to support ongoing long term care operations. This role offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to contribute your accuracy and efficiency to daily pharmacy tasks.

The position requires an active Texas pharmacist license, LTC experience, and familiarity with the Sweet Rx system. You will supervise pharmacy technicians and handle provider and patient transfers with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Current and active Texas pharmacist license in good standing.
• Experience in Long Term Care pharmacy environments preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with balance of accuracy and speed.
• Experience supervising pharmacy technicians is a plus.
• Excellent communication with providers and patients.

Responsibilities

• Perform PV1 duties including prescription checking and verification.
• Manage blister and multi-dose packaging processes.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians to ensure quality and compliance.
• Handle provider and patient transfer calls professionally and promptly.
• Utilize Sweet Rx pharmacy system for daily operations.
