Job summary

LTC Scripts is seeking an experienced Long Term Care Pharmacist (RPh) to join our growing team in New Jersey.

You will work under the Pharmacist-in-Charge, performing order verification, clinical reviews, and supervising technicians while ensuring compliance with state and federal LTC regulations. A strong LTC background and proficiency with FrameworkLTC are essential, with flexibility for some evening or weekend rotations.

Qualifications

• Active NJ Pharmacist License in good standing.
• Extensive experience in Long Term Care pharmacy.
• Proficient with FrameworkLTC system.
• Knowledge of cycle fill, IV antibiotics, controlled substances, emergency kits, ALF & SNF workflows.
• Strong communication with nurses, DONs and facility admins.
• Team-oriented mindset; flexible with scheduling (evening/weekend rotation).
