SMC is currently seeking FULL-TIME AND PART-TIME EVENINGS AND NIGHTS shift staff to join our team.

Our current bonuses include:

• RN Full-time - $4,000
• LPN Full-time - $2,000

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Follow established performance standards and nursing policies.
• Measure and record vital signs such as blood pressure, O2 Sats, pulse, respiration, and temperature.
• Provide direct resident care following the Care Plan.
• Respond promptly to call lights and alarms.
• Document intake/output, behavior, bowel and bladder records, and meal consumption.
• Manage urinary catheter/ostomy drainage bags and record output.
• Adhere to safety policies, including transfer techniques.
• Assist with resident admission and discharge.
• Perform unit duties like tidying rooms, passing water, and assisting with meals.
• Participate in safety, security, and infection control programs.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Nebraska Nurse Aide Certification is required.
