Genworth is seeking a Long Term Care Actuary to join the Model Governance and Controllership team. You will govern LTC models, data flows, and controls to meet professional standards and company requirements. Primary focus on valuation and inforce rate action with potential expansion to projections, experience, and data analytics teams.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, review controls, and support model peer reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance across LTC actuarial processes.

Competenze

• BS/BA Degree in mathematics, statistics, actuarial science, business/finance, and/or related major.
• Fellow of SOA (FSA) or ASA with commensurate experience.
• ~5+ years of actuarial experience, preferably LTC.
• Knowledge of valuation, projections, and experience.

Mansioni

• Review existing controls for key high-risk processes and make improvement recommendations
• Collaborate with Operations and IT on administration system and data issues and controls
• Provide governance peer review support for the development and enhancement of LTC actuarial models and processes
• Oversee LTC model governance and controllership activities

Formazione

BS/BA Degree in mathematics, statistics, actuarial science, business/finance, and/or related major

Fellow of Society of Actuaries (FSA) or ASA with commensurate experience
