Job summary

Raytheon in Pelham, NH seeks a Principal Systems Engineer – Integration Lead to guide LTAMDS integration across the full lifecycle, from concept development through verification and deployment.

This role requires active U.S. government security clearance, leadership of cross-disciplinary teams, and travel up to 20% to support missions at multiple locations including local RTX facilities and customer sites.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s in STEM and at least 8 years of engineering experience.
• Experience with systems software, systems hardware, systems requirements, systems integration, and/or systems test.
• Experience leading a team of engineers.
• Experience presenting technical findings and integration status to program leadership and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead LTAMDS Radar integration, testing, and operation at a test site.
• Coordinate hardware, software, and system integration across subsystems.
• Develop and implement test plans, procedures, and verification documentation.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software and system issues through data analysis and debugging.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to plan, execute, and oversee integration activities.
• Define and manage integration strategies, interfaces, and verification approaches.
• Document plans, analyze data, verify requirements, and communicate results to leadership and stakeholders.
• Present technical findings and solutions to leadership and customers.
• Travel up to 20% to RTX facilities, test sites, vendor facilities, and customer locations.
