Raytheon seeks a LRIP Systems Engineering Lead (Senior Principal Systems Engineer) to join the Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities discipline for the LTAMDS program. This on-site role requires active DoD Secret clearance, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to work at multiple MA/NH locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary systems engineering teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead the LRIP Systems Engineering scope per the SOW with the LRIP team.
• Manage execution plan within cost and schedule constraints.
• Communicate challenges with Program Leadership, Chief Engineer, and customers.
• Coordinate technical presentations to internal and external customers.
• Promote collaboration across Raytheon units and with external partners.
• Understand financial metrics and provide insights for decisions.
• Prioritize and de-conflict tasks to maximize value.
