Preferred Home Health Care & Nursing Services seeks a Nurse Supervisor to lead nursing care within a rehabilitation setting. You will develop and implement patient care programs, policies, and procedures, and supervise staff to ensure high-quality delivery.

This role involves liaising with administration and managing performance while maintaining strong patient relationships to support recovery, with a commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care and ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required per state regulations.
• BLS certification; ACLS and CRRN to be obtained within timeframe.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field preferred.
• Minimum of two years' inpatient hospital experience.
• Prior leadership role with staff supervision and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures.
• Acting as a liaison between administration, management, and staff to ensure seamless communication.
• Supervising nursing staff, providing feedback, conducting evaluations, and managing performance.
• Assuming patient care when necessary and building meaningful relationships to support recovery.
• Monitoring staff performance, managing issues, and ensuring quality care delivery.
