Job summary

Lifepoint Paramount LTACH is seeking a Program Director to oversee the rehabilitation program, directing activities to meet organizational and client goals. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team, ensure budget adherence, and drive quality improvement while upholding regulatory standards.

Responsibilities include staff supervision, program development, and collaboration with clinical leadership to deliver exceptional patient outcomes in a high-demand LTACH setting.

Qualifications

• A track record of successful management experience in an Acute Rehabilitation setting is preferred
• Strong business, interpersonal, organizational and entrepreneurial skills are necessary
• At minimum be a graduate of a four year bachelor degree program
• Clinical experience with a degree as a Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT) or Speech Language Therapist (SLP)

Responsibilities

• Oversee the total operation of the rehabilitation program.
• Plan, direct and coordinate program activities to meet company and client goals.
• Supervise staffing and development for the program, including multiple roles.
• Participate in continuing education and maintain compliance with applicable laws and policies.
• Develop and monitor program budgets and quality improvement initiatives.
