Landmark Hospitals is seeking a Clinical Liaison based in Macon, GA, to grow referrals for Landmark Hospital of Athens. You will be the trusted link between referring hospitals and our team, ensuring medically complex patients receive appropriate LTACH care after ICU, including weaning from ventilation and long-term IV therapy.

This role suits clinicians or healthcare sales professionals seeking purposeful work with a multi-hospital system.

Qualifications

• Must have 1–3 years of experience in healthcare, healthcare sales or business development.
• Strong relationship-building, communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and organized; able to manage territory and travel.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow referral relationships with case managers, discharge planners, physicians and ICU teams across the market.
• Be the clinical expert; review records, assess LTACH fit, and explain steps to sources, patients and families.
• Educate the market on LTACH benefits, Landmark programs and outcomes through presentations and meetings.
• Find new opportunities by researching data, targeting sources and planning with leadership.
• Coordinate admissions with hospital teams to ensure timely referrals and admissions.
• Track activity and results in the referral system and report progress toward goals.
