Landmark Hospitals is seeking a Clinical Liaison to grow referrals and connect referring hospitals with our LTACH services in the Columbia market. You will analyze patient needs, review records, and coordinate admissions to ensure timely care after ICU discharge.

You will educate local providers on LTACH benefits, Landmark programs, and patient outcomes while building lasting relationships with case managers, physicians, and hospital leadership.

Qualificações

• 1–3 years in healthcare, healthcare sales, or business development.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to travel across the market.

Responsabilidades

• Build and grow referral relationships with case managers and hospital teams.
• Be the LTACH expert; review patient records and explain next steps to sources and families.
• Educate the market on LTACH benefits, Landmark programs, and outcomes.
