Medasource is seeking an LTAC/Telemetry Registered Nurse to assume shift accountability, delivering patient care per policy and the Nursing Process. You will demonstrate critical thinking, leadership, and ongoing competency through education while guiding staff and prioritizing care.

The role requires ACLS/BLS, vent/trach experience, and a Texas (or multi-state) RN license; compensation aligns with market rates, and the employer emphasizes equal opportunity employment and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• ACLS and BLS certifications required and must be through the American Heart Association.
• Ventilator/trach experience with knowledge of central lines preferred.
• Texas RN license or multi-state compact RN license required and must be attached to resume.

Responsabilités

• Provide nursing care per the Nursing Process with leadership for safe delivery of care and ongoing competency.
• Direct and supervise assigned personnel delivering patient care and delegate appropriately.
