Job summary
Vibra Permanent Staffing is recruiting experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for a direct hire, full-time role with one of our LTAC partners. Join a specialized team delivering high-acuity care to medically complex patients recovering from serious conditions, in a stable LTAC environment.

Qualifications
- Active RN license is required.
- 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience preferred.
- BLS is required; ACLS within 90 days of hire.
- Strong clinical judgment and commitment to excellence in patient care.
- Compassionate, team-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patients.
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to coordinate individualized care plans.
- Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, and document clinical findings.
- Educate patients and families, and advocate for long-term health and recovery.
- Maintain compliance with all policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines.
