Vibra Permanent Staffing seeks experienced Registered Nurses for a direct hire, full-time LTAC role. You will provide direct nursing care to medically complex patients in a specialty LTAC setting, with day and night shifts available.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• 1+ year of acute care/ICU/LTAC experience preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS within 90 days of hire.
• Strong clinical judgment and patient care commitment.
• Compassionate, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care plans.
• Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, document findings.
• Educate patients and families, advocate for long-term health and recovery.
• Maintain compliance with policies, standards and regulatory guidelines.
