Job summary

Kindred Hospital Arlington is seeking a Registered Nurse to plan and deliver comprehensive patient care using the nursing process. You will collaborate with physicians, nursing leadership, and support staff to ensure a seamless plan of care and discharge planning for medically complex patients at an LTAC facility.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct and indirect nursing care using the nursing process (Assessment, Planning, Intervention, Evaluation).
• Develops and coordinates patient care plans with patient, family and staff.
• Communicates changes in patient condition to physicians and team; participates in discharge planning.
