Job summary

Qualifications

• RN must be licensed in the state.
• Six months Medical/Surgical nursing experience preferred.
• Fluent in English and able to read/write.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process (assess, plan, intervene, evaluate).
• Develop and update nursing care plans in coordination with patient/family and staff.
• Communicate changes in patient conditions to physicians and team.
• Participate in discharge planning and patient education.
• Supervise and delegate tasks according to patient needs and staff capabilities.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with policies.
