Vibra Healthcare's ContinueCARE Hospital at Baptist Health Paducah is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for a direct-hire, full-time role. You will deliver direct care to critically ill or medically complex patients and collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate holds an active Kentucky RN license or a compact-state license, with 1+ year in acute care, ICU, or LTAC. BLS is required, and ACLS must be completed within 90 days of hire; you will educate

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Kentucky or compact state.
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS within 90 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, and document clinical findings.
• Educate patients and families, and advocate for long-term health and recovery.
• Maintain compliance with all policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines.
