Vibra Healthcare, in partnership with ContinueCARE Hospital at Baptist Health Paducah, seeks an experienced RN for a direct-hire, full-time LTAC role. You will provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients and work with an interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans.

You will monitor progress, administer medications, educate families, and uphold high standards of patient safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Kentucky or compact state.
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS within 90 days of hire.
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient care.
• Compassionate, team-oriented mindset.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care plans.
• Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, and document findings.
• Educate patients and families, and advocate for long-term health and recovery.
• Maintain compliance with all policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines.
