Vibra Healthcare, LLC is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct care for critically ill LTAC patients. You will collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to tailor individualized care plans and monitor patient progress during recovery.

The role requires an active Kentucky (or compact) license, BLS, and ACLS within 90 days. A compassionate, team-focused approach and strong clinical judgment are essential to thrive in this demanding environment.

Formación

• Active RN license in Kentucky or compact state.
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS within 90 days of hire.
• Strong clinical judgment and a patient-centered approach.
• Compassionate, team-oriented mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care plans.
• Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, and document findings.
• Educate patients and families, and advocate for long-term health and recovery.
• Maintain compliance with policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines.
