Vibra Permanent Staffing is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for a direct hire, full-time opportunity with one of our LTAC partners in Kentucky. You will provide direct nursing care to medically complex, critically ill patients and work with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Kentucky or compact state.
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS required within 90 days of hire.
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient care.
• Compassionate, team‑oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to medically complex patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care plans.
• Monitor patient progress, administer medications, and document findings.
• Educate patients and families, advocating for long‑term health and recovery.
• Maintain compliance with policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines.
