Ylopo, LLC is seeking a skilled LSA and GBP Specialist to optimize Local Service Ads campaigns and Google Business Profiles for real estate clients. You will work with cross-functional teams to develop strategies, analyze data, and drive lead generation and conversions.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field, 3+ years in digital marketing, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and optimize performance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction via phone, email, and text.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Knowledge of Local Service Ads and Google Business Profile best practices and policies.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize Local Service Ads campaigns for real estate clients.
• Continuously analyze performance data to identify optimization opportunities and adjust strategies.
• Serve as a SME on Local Service Ads and Google Business Profiles for clients and stay updated on trends and policies.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to craft effective Local Service Ads strategies.
• Communicate campaign performance and insights to clients and recommend improvements.
• Ensure campaigns are executed in a timely and efficient manner with Operations.
