Ylopo is seeking a skilled LSA and GBP Specialist to optimize Local Service Ads campaigns and Google Business Profiles for real estate clients. You will work with cross-functional teams to drive lead generation and conversion, continuously analyze data to identify optimization opportunities, and stay current with industry trends and policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years of digital marketing experience with Local Service Ads or Google Business Profile optimization.
• Strong analytical skills to analyze data and optimize performance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Local Service Ads and Google Business Profile best practices and real estate trends.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize Local Service Ads campaigns for real estate clients.
• Analyze performance data to identify opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Serve as an expert on Local Service Ads and Google Business Profiles for clients.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to execute effective LSAs.
• Communicate campaign performance and insights to clients and propose improvements.
• Ensure campaigns are executed timely by coordinating with Operations.
