Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years of digital marketing experience with LSA or GBP optimization.
• Strong analytical skills to drive performance.
• Excellent communication and ability to work with cross-functional teams and clients via phone, email, and text.
• Self-starter who can work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of LSA and GBP best practices and real estate trends.

Responsibilities

• Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to optimize Local Service Ads campaigns, driving lead generation and conversion for real estate clients.
• Continuously analyze performance data to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Local Service Ads and Google Business Profiles for our clients, staying up-to-date with industry trends and changes in policies and best practices.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to develop and execute effective Local Service Ads strategies for clients.
• Communicate campaign performance and insights to clients, as well as recommend ongoing optimizations and improvements.
• Ensure campaigns are executed in a timely and efficient manner, working closely with the Operations team.
