Right at Home Northeast & Central Nebraska is seeking an LRI Personal Care Provider to deliver hands-on care in a participant’s home or community. You will assist with ADLs/IADLs and health-related tasks under the participant’s plan, while ensuring compliance with EVV clock-ins and DHHS guidelines.

The role requires that you be the Legally Responsible Individual, complete required DHHS training, and hold CPR certification, with strong compassion, reliability, and organizational skills.

Qualifikationen

• Must be the Legally Responsible Individual (parent or spouse).
• Complete all required DHHS training.
• Basic computer and EVV skills.
• CPR certification required.
• Must be at least 19 years old.

Position Overview
