Job summary

Right at Home is hiring LRI Personal Care Providers to deliver hands-on ADL/IADL support and health-related tasks in participants’ homes or communities in Nebraska. Roles may include part-time or full-time hours, with EVV-based clocking and coordination with a DHHS-guided care plan.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, maintaining participant safety and comfort, and ensuring compliance with program guidelines.

Qualifications

• Be the Legally Responsible Individual (parent or spouse) as required.
• Complete all required DHHS training.
• Basic computer and EVV skills are required.
• Be compassionate, reliable, and organized.
• CPR certification is mandatory.
• Must be 19 years or older.

• Support health, hygiene, mobility, and meal-related tasks.

Position Overview
