Right at Home Northeast & Central Nebraska is hiring LRI Personal Care Providers to deliver hands-on ADL/IADL assistance, health-related tasks, and supportive care in a participant’s home or community under Nebraska’s Extraordinary Care guidelines.

The role requires being the Legally Responsible Individual (parent or spouse), completion of DHHS training, basic computer and EVV skills, and possessing compassion, reliability, and organization.

• Must be CPR certified.

Position Overview

We are now hiringLRI Personal Care Providers. LRI Personal Care provides hands‑on help withActivities of Daily Living (ADLs),health‑related tasks, andInstrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs)in a participant’s home or community. Services are only authorized when the participant meets Nebraska’sExtraordinary Caredefinition, meaning their needs exceed what a parent or spouse would typically provide.
