Job summary

Right at Home in Nebraska is seeking Legally Responsible Individual (LRI) Personal Care Providers to deliver hands-on ADL/IADL support in a participant’s home or community. You will follow each participant’s plan and ensure safety while assisting with daily living tasks.

The role requires completion of DHHS training, basic computer and EVV skills, CPR certification, and being the legally responsible person (parent or spouse).

Responsibilities

• Use the EVV system for clock in/out.
• Coordinate with the Service Coordinator and follow DHHS guidelines.

Position Overview

We are now hiringLRI Personal Care Providers. LRI Personal Care provides hands‑on help with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs),health-related tasks, andInstrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs)in a participant’s home or community. Services are only authorized when the participant meets Nebraska’sExtraordinary Caredefinition, meaning their needs exceed what a parent or spouse would typically provide.
