Job summary

Right at Home Northeast & Central Nebraska is seeking LRI Personal Care Providers to help clients with daily living activities in their homes. You will assist with ADLs, IADLs, health-related tasks, and coordinate care with the service team. EVV clock-in/out is used and you’ll follow DHHS guidelines.

Responsibilities include supporting mobility, hygiene, meals, and documenting care; candidates must be 19+, CPR certified, and complete required DHHS training. Basic computer skills are a must.

• Must be the Legally Responsible Individual (parent or spouse).
• Complete all required DHHS training.
• Basic computer and EVV skills.
• Compassionate, reliable, and organized.
• Must be CPR Certified
• Must be 19 years old.

LRI Personal Care provides hands-on help with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs),health-related tasks, andInstrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs)in a participant’s home or community. Services are only authorized when the participant meets Nebraska’sExtraordinary Caredefinition, meaning their needs exceed what a parent or spouse would typically provide.Responsibilities
