Job summary

Right at Home Northeast & Central Nebraska is hiring LRI Personal Care Providers to assist clients in their homes with activities of daily living and health-related tasks. You will work closely with clients to maintain hygiene, mobility, meal support, and daily routines, while following agency plans and state guidelines.

Candidates must be the legally responsible individual (parent or spouse), complete DHHS training, and demonstrate basic computer and EVV system skills.

Qualifications

• Must be the Legally Responsible Individual (parent or spouse).
• Complete all required DHHS training.
• Basic computer and EVV skills.
• Compassionate, reliable, and organized.
• Must be CPR Certified.
• Must be 19.

Responsibilities

• Provide approved ADL/IADL assistance per the participant’s plan.

• Use the EVV system for clock in/out.
• Coordinate with the Service Coordinator and follow DHHS guidelines.

We are now hiring LRI Personal Care Providers. LRI Personal Care provides hands-on help with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs),health-related tasks, andInstrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs)in a participant’s home or community. Services are only authorized when the participant meets Nebraska’sExtraordinary Caredefinition, meaning their needs exceed what a parent or spouse would typically provide.Responsibilities
