Job summary

InDyne is seeking a LRDR Systems Analyst at Beale AFB, CA, under the SSPARS contract. The role analyzes radar performance in operational and testing environments, interfaces with multiple agencies, and supports on-call activities. Strong communication skills and experience with C2 systems or phased array radars are preferred, along with SMQC eligibility.

Qualifications

• Must possess good written and verbal communication skills to explain results to both technical and non-technical personnel.
• Experience with command and control (c2) systems and/or phased array radars is desired.
• Sensor Manager Qualification Course (SMQC) is highly desired

Responsibilities

• Interface with external agencies to assess radar performance, deficiencies, and anomalous behavior.
• Support the system via on-call when outside of normal working hours.
• Analyze mission files, satellite catalogs, and task lists for abnormal data or overflow.
• Analyze O&M logs for system or operator errors and review daily target rates.
• Review and maintain system logs and calibration results.
• Generate PRs/DRs/SCFs for investigations and modifications.
• Draft ICE plans and reports for testing activities.
• Coordinate with Space Training and Readiness Detachment 4 and other personnel for testing activities.
