Job summary

InDyne Inc. is seeking an LRDR Systems Analyst to support Cheyenne Mountain Space Force Station, with responsibilities including radar performance analysis, system fault investigations, and coordination with multiple external agencies.

The role requires readiness to work outside normal hours and to generate formal reports for operations and testing teams. Ideal candidates will have experience with C2 systems or phased array radars and hold or be able to obtain the Missile Defense Radar Operator

Qualifications

• Must possess good written and verbal communication skills to explain results of analysis to technical and non-technical personnel.
• Experience with command and control (c2) systems and/or phased array radars is desired.
• Sensor Manager Qualification Course (SMQC) is highly desired

Responsibilities

• Interface with external agencies to assess radar performance, deficiencies, and anomalous behavior.
• Provide analyses to support site operations investigations by the Director of Operations or SOC-B CMDR/CCH.
• Submit Deficiency Reports (DR) and Problem Reports (PR) for unusual anomalies or outages.
• Generate change forms (SCF) prior to installing new software constants for test installations and modifications.
• Develop and maintain checklists for MDRO personnel.
• Collaborate with Space Training and Readiness Detachment 4 and other personnel on testing activities (DT&E, OT&E, ICE).
• Perform other analysis duties as directed by management.
