Qualifications

Must possess good written and verbal communication skills to explain results of analysis to technical and non-technical personnel.
Experience with command and control (c2) systems and/or phased array radars is desired.
Sensor Manager Qualification Course (SMQC) is highly desired

Responsibilities

Interface with external agencies to assess radar performance and anomalies.
Support the system via on-call when outside normal hours.
Analyze mission files, satellite catalogs, and task lists for abnormal data.
Review O&M logs for system or operator errors and identify abnormal performance.
Ensure proper archiving and maintenance of system logs over time.
Evaluate calibration results and indicators for system performance.
Provide analyses to support site operations investigations and document Deficiency Reports.
Draft ICE/SCF documents for software changes and testing activities.
