Job summary

InDyne is seeking a LRDR Systems Analyst at Cheyenne Mountain Space Force Station, Colorado, to apply its expertise in radar performance analysis across operational and testing environments. You will interface with external agencies to assess system behavior and support ongoing operations.

The role requires clear written and verbal communication, experience with C2 systems or phased array radars, and a Missile Defense Radar Operator certification, with on-call support and potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Must possess good written and verbal communication skills to explain results of analysis to technical and non-technical personnel.
• Experience with command and control (c2) systems and/or phased array radars is desired.
• Sensor Manager Qualification Course (SMQC) is highly desired.
• Required to maintain a certification as a Missile Defense Radar Operator.

Responsibilities

• Interface with external agencies to assess radar performance, deficiencies, and anomalous behavior.
• Support the system via on call when outside of normal working hours.
• Analyze mission plan files, satellite catalogs, and satellite task lists for abnormal data.
• Analyze O&M logs for system or operator errors and review daily uncorrelated target rates.
• Review and maintain the one-year library of system logs and ensure proper archiving.
• Review calibration results and indicators to assess system performance using calibration metrics.
• Analyze outages or degradation indicators including false reports, EMI, and misses.
• Provide analyses to support site operations investigations and submit PRs/DRs/SCFs as needed.
• Develop ICE plans and reports for testing activities and coordinate with Det 4 and other personnel.
