Job summary

InDyne Inc. seeks a LRDR Systems Analyst at Beale AFB, CA, to analyze radar performance and support operations. The role involves interfacing with agencies, evaluating mission data, and generating formal change documents to improve system readiness.

The candidate should have communication skills, C2 or phased array radar experience, and the Missile Defense Radar Operator certification. Travel and on-call duties may be required; SSPARS contract scope applies.

Qualifications

• Must have good written and verbal communication skills to explain results of analysis to technical and non-technical personnel.
• Experience with command and control (c2) systems and/or phased array radars is desired.
• Sensor Manager Qualification Course (SMQC) is highly desired

Responsibilities

• Interface with external agencies to assess radar performance and anomalies.
• Provide analyses to support site operations investigations and to the Director of Operations or CMDR/CCH.
• Submit PRs/DRs/SCFs for unusual anomalies or outages and support testing activities.
• Analyze mission plan files, satellite catalogs, and logs for abnormal data or overflow.
• Review system logs and calibration data to assess performance and degradation.
• Develop and maintain checklists for MDRO personnel.
• Coordinate with Det 4 and other military/contractor personnel for testing, DT&E and OT&E activities.
• Support on-call duties outside normal hours.
