Job summary

InDyne, Inc. is seeking a LRDR Systems Analyst to evaluate radar performance and system status at Cheyenne Mountain Space Force Station. The role involves interfacing with multiple agencies, analyzing mission data, and supporting investigations into outages or anomalies.

The candidate will assist with testing, documentation, and change management, including SCF and ICE activities, under an exempt, onsite work arrangement with security clearances as required.

Qualifications

• Must communicate clearly in writing and verbally to technical and non-technical personnel.
• Experience with command and control (C2) systems and/or phased array radars is desired.
• Sensor Manager Qualification Course (SMQC) is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Interface with external agencies to assess radar performance, deficiencies, and anomalies.
• Provide on-call support outside normal hours.
• Analyze mission plans, satellite catalog, and task lists for data issues.
• Review O&M logs and daily targets to identify performance anomalies.
• Assess system calibration and test results using Space C2 Agency metrics.
• Generate problem reports and change forms for system modifications.
• Draft ICE plans and reports to support testing activities.
• Collaborate with Space Training and readiness detachments and other personnel for testing.
