Job summary

InDyne, Inc. seeks a Missile Defense Radar Operator (MDRO) to manage LRDR operations at Cheyenne Mountain Space Force Station in Colorado. The role requires coordinating with AFOTEC and other agencies, conducting 24/7 sensor mission support, and documenting operational events.

Ideal candidates have space operations exposure, strong electronics/engineering aptitude, and the ability to obtain the necessary DoD clearance. Onsite work and readiness for continuous operations are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree desired.
• Active DoD security clearance or ability to obtain one; US citizenship required.
• Employment contingent upon obtaining interim DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Operate LRDR and provide 24/7 radar operations and support.
• Interface with AFOTEC and other military/contractor personnel to support testing activities (DT&E, OT&E, ICE).
• Participate in LRDR exercises and inspections.
• Develop and update LRDR and C2BMC Operator TTPs and SOPs.
• Attend and complete all required certification training.
• Document operations, security events, equipment status and changes in the operations log.
• Support SDA taskings from 18th Space Control Squadron and National Space Defense Center.
