You will develop preventive maintenance schedules and ensure compliance with warranty plans while coordinating with the Site Manager and client. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field
  • 10 years of experience in personnel, facility operations and maintenance and project management
  • Experience preparing cost estimates and statements of work; evaluating contractor quotes; reviewing documents for technical accuracy

Responsibilities

  • Develop maintenance schedule documenting all preventive maintenance tasks for Clear Site Facilities
  • Develop, maintain and update Operating Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures
  • Comply with warranty management plans
  • Coordinate facility commissioning activities and training
  • Supervise maintenance and operations personnel and schedule workload
  • Prepare cost estimates and statements of work; evaluate contractor proposals
  • Maintain communication with Site Manager and client as main contact
  • Provide technical expertise and ensure work on schedule and within budget
