Job summary

InDyne is seeking an experienced Facility & Maintenance Manager in Alaska to lead preventive maintenance for civil, mechanical and electrical systems on mission-critical sites. You will develop maintenance schedules, update SOPs, and coordinate with site teams while ensuring contract compliance and USACE warranty requirements.

A Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience is required, with eligibility for US DoD clearance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience in PM/management)
  • US DoD security clearance eligibility; US citizenship required
  • Experience developing maintenance schedules and facility SOPs
  • Strong cost estimating and technical documentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

  • Develop maintenance schedules for facility and equipment preventive tasks
  • Create and update operating instructions and SOPs
  • Ensure compliance with USACE warranty management plan
  • Coordinate commissioning activities and training
  • Oversee maintenance personnel and schedule workload
  • Prepare cost estimates and statements of work
  • Evaluate contractor proposals and review technical documents
  • Maintain ongoing communication with Site Manager and client
