Job summary

InDyne, Inc. is seeking a Facility Manager in Alaska to coordinate SSPARS contractor support and lead facility/system integration efforts.

The role includes organizing, scheduling and cost estimation, while ensuring compliance with project requirements and DoD standards. The successful candidate will have a civil, mechanical or electrical engineering background, 5+ years of relevant experience, strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office and MS Project.

Qualifications

• Five years of civil engineering workorder integration and resource management experience.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; cost estimates and statements of work.
• Proficient in MS Office and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate SSPARS contractor support for facility/system integration.
• Support facility systems integration and manage scheduling.
• Prepare cost estimates and statements of work.
• Review documents for technical adequacy and manuals.
• Maintain communication with Project Manager and client.
• Conduct work within budget and on schedule.
