Huntsville Hospital is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to support physical therapy services under the guidance of a Registered Physical Therapist. You will perform PT procedures and assist in patient activities while supervising technicians, volunteers and students as assigned.
Requirements include an APTA-accredited PTA program, Alabama PTA license, and BCLS certification within orientation. The role emphasizes excellent communication in a fast-paced clinical setting.
Performs physical therapy procedures and other related tasks under the direction of a Registered Physical Therapist (RPT) and assists the RPT in patient activities. Supervises technicians, volunteers and students as assigned.
