Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Milford, DE, to deliver patient care under RN supervision. The role emphasizes applying the nursing process, accurate data collection, and ongoing assessment to ensure high-quality care.

The position offers a supportive team and flexible evening hours. Qualified candidates hold an active LPN license, have at least one year of LPN experience, and maintain required health documentation, including a current BLS card.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active LPN license.
• Minimum 1 year of LPN experience required.
• Current Health Certificate as required by facility.
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray as applicable.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Uses the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.

LPN - Part-time

$ 35 - 37 / per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday 4:30PM to 9:30PM

Maxim Healthcare is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to assume responsibility and accountability for the application of the nursing process and the delivery of patient care, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will consistently perform according to nursing standards and is accountable in managing patient care and assisting others in the management of patient care.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Performs focused interview to identify specific patient needs.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
• Other Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License in the state in which the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) practices.
• One year prior Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) experience required.
• Current Health Certificate (per facility).
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
