Corewell Health in Saint Joseph, MO is seeking a part-time LPN to contribute to patient care under supervision. The role supports RNs and physicians, assists with assessments, treatments, and daily care plan execution.
You will document care, communicate with patients and families, and participate in quality monitoring. A valid MI LPN license and BLS within 90 days are required; orientation will be provided.
Under the direction of the RN / Mid-level Provider / Physician and in collaboration with other members of the health care team, contributes to the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
