Job summary

CareRing Health, LLC in Maryland is seeking an LPN to join our team providing in-home nursing care to patients in their homes. The role supports patients across communities with flexible hours and a patient‑centered approach.

You will work with physicians, nurses, therapists, and caregivers to plan, coordinate, and deliver comprehensive care, manage emergencies, and document progress carefully. A rewarding opportunity with growth potential.

Qualifications

• Active LPN state license.
• Valid driver's license.
• Two or more years of applicable nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, therapists, social workers, and caregivers to deliver comprehensive and coordinated care to our patients in their homes – conduct patient home visits.
• Assess, plan, direct, and evaluate each patient’s care plan to ensure it meets the patient’s needs.
• Manage emergency situations in a prompt, precise, and professional manner.
• Complete medication administration and treatment needs for all assigned patients.
• Provide nursing care in accordance with applicable regulations and Company policy.
• Prepare and maintain accurate and complete clinical and progress notes on a timely basis.
