Job summary

Eagle Ridge Post Acute in Grand Junction, Colorado seeks a Registered Nurse for PRN, 12-hour shifts (6am-6pm and 6pm-6am). Join a team dedicated to compassionate care, ongoing growth, and a positive work environment.

Must hold an active Colorado RN license and CPR certification; capable of passing background checks. Prior SNF/LTC exposure is a plus. Competitive pay and full-time benefits offered to eligible staff.

• CPR certification is required.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and Colorado CAPS background check.
• SNF/LTC experience a plus.
